over the age of eighteen and have a prescription that has been stable
for at least one year.
This prescription must be between negative one and negative eleven
diopters of myopia or five diopters. His or her eyes must also be
healthy and he or she must understand the benefits of laser eye surgery
as well as the possible risks in the procedure.
