Moles are the dark spots or abnormalities on the skin that come all shapes and sizes. The eradication of a mole is done either by laser of another surgical procedure such as shaving or cutting off the mole with a scalpel. The laser treatment is not typically used to eliminate deep moles because lasers do not infiltrate the skin deep enough beneath the surface.
